Welcome to Blue Lake RV Resort! The Carson and Boraski
Families are excited to get their 20-acre Wooded RV
Resort and Group Facility underway for the 2009 season.
We acquired the Resort in 2009, and have spent all winter
working on renovations. We'll be working hard right
on through the season adding services, amenities &
landscaping, but we have full-hookup RV sites up and
running and the coffee's hot!.
This summer we will introduce many newly constructed
and improved amenities and services (read below). And
with the Casino, Golf Course, tons of recreational activities
and Bonner Ferry, Idaho just a few miles away, you can
bring the whole family! We are only 22 miles north of
Sandpoint, Idaho and our onsite managers will make you
feel like family!

In 2009, Blue Lake will introduce:
Upgraded RV Sites: Our 11 Big Rig
Friendly Sites are at least 20ftx45ft and are all have
compacted gravel and native landscaping. Most have unobstructed
or filtered views of our beautiful lake, some looking
down off a small bluff. Choose between easy pull-ins
and spacious back-ins with firepits and tables overlooking
the lake..
50 or 100amp Super Sites: Our 7 Supersites
are very large. They are wooded sites set in the upper
resort. Two sites in the woods have 8x30 concrete patios.
These are available for month-to-month. You'll want
to stay in these sites all year!
Shady Partial Sites: Blue Lake has
22 spacious and woody partial sites that include electric
and water hookups. Offering both pull-thru and back-ins,
we offer a complementary use of our convenient septic
dump station with your stay.
Boutique Tenting! Coming June of '09,
you can Camp in one of our Civil War style Pole tents.
They are 12x14 canvas wall tents with wood floors, a
double bed (bring your own bedding or rent linens),
and have a table inside. The Pole Tents have wood stoves!
Enjoy your picnic table and fire ring just outside.
Come stay in our tents for half the price of a motel
and twice the experience!
Wi-Fi. New at Blue Lake RV Resort,
our very powerful Omni Wi-fi system is up and running.
We're picking up 5 bars in every site in the Resort
including the tentings and cabin section. Sit at your
site or lakeside and surf the net!
24'x24' Lakeside Deck. Situated at
the lake, our current lakeside deck is perfect for ceremonies,
bands or just sitting on the lake. Facing the Deck and
Lake is our tiered amphitheater, designed for lawnchairs
or benches to provide a perfect place for an audience.
Whether you're watching a wedding, band, or our resident
Egret, our deck has the perfect foreground and backdrop.
New Clubhouse & Kitchen: By June,
we expect to be finished renovating the old lakside
building and added a beautiful wrap around cover porch
facing the lake. The 650 square foot Clubhouse features
a full kitchen and will seat 50 guests. Extend
your seating on the covered porch to 80. Extend next
to the clubhouse and lake for 100s!
New 6x20 Sport Dock: Our new dock
is finished, so come rent one of our canoes or kayaks
on our pictureque 3 acre stream-fed lake, stocked with
trout and our resident catfish. Our lake is perfect
for nonmotorized groups interesting in training water
groups too. Whether its kayaking, water dog training,
advanced swimming, or scuba diving, we have a great
place to train and a place to lodge everyone.
Lakeshore: Besides the lakeside deck
and dock, we have a Community Beachside Firepit on the
lake, and a scattering of picnic tables and firepits
with BBQs.
Spotless Laundry, Bathhouse, and Work-out Area.
The restrooms and showers are being completely
renovated from the ground up. If you have been here
before, you won't recognize them anymore! Due to finish
by the end of May, they are individual, private bathrooms,
and includes one handicapped bathroom. Our goal is to
have 1 finished by opening day. Our laundry facility
should be finished in June, and features 2 washer and
dryers, and a Work-Out Area.
Full Service Propane. Blue Lake will
be getting the the big tank up and running sometime
in May, so we can offer our guests convenient pumped
propane right here in the park.
24-Hour Security. We have the most
friendly and helpful managers in the Northwest! They
live at the park 24/7 and will make you feel at home.
In 2010, we will introduce:
Park Model RVs:. Buy a Cabin Park
Model RV and stay at Blue Lake for up 9 months of the
year. Our beautiful wood-sided cabin models offer many
options! Get on our waiting list!
Gardening. Next year, we have over
3 acres that we will open for garden space rental. It
will share space with our beautiful Grape Vines. For
those staying the summer, that means you can grow and
tend your own gardens for a small monthly fee!
Wood-Fired Sauna. We hope to get to
this in 2009, but our Wood-fired Sauna will be a perfect
companion to your stay. Fired up Friday and Saturday
night from 6-9pm, it will be free to use for adults
over 18.
Camping Cabins. We plan to build
a total of 5 camping cabins at the lake.

Lake RV Resort is the first RV Park in Idaho to qualify
for the "Big Rig" RV friendly Hwy symbol 
.
Look for the yellow RV "smiley" circle on our
tourist orienting sign.
